With 75 hours on it, I would take it back to the dealer to have it looked at.
The O-ring shouldn't let oil past it.

I checked the axle housing for a vent. There isn't one. When I removed the fill plug I could hear a hiss as the positive air pressure escaped. I'm guessing the seepage will stop for now. Need to install a vent tube I suppose.
