Hi I got a Kubota B 7510 hst when I start it the oil pressure light stay on for 2 second it is possible that the oil pressure valve at the base of the oil filter is defect .

I guess it's possible, and likely an inexpensive item to replace. I would confirm the engine oil level is correct first though.
I take it this is a new development? My low oil pressure light on both of my diesel zero turns stay on for a second after starting.

What oil filter are you using? Does it have a quality anti-drain back valve? Kubota has some of the finest OEM oil filters on the market with synthetic filter medium, as well as silicone anti-drain back valves.
How many hours on your B 7510?
What weight oil are you using?
What is the machines oil change history?
Two seconds is really not that long.

Sounds normal, my NH after being parked for several weeks, when first started takes a few seconds for the oil pressure light to go out. After that it goes out right away if only setting for a few hours. M1 5w-40 turbo diesel oil, OEM NH factory oil filter. Changed every 100-115 hours.

I'd bet that the opening is just gunked up with stuff and it's not getting full flow to the diaphragm to open the switch. I'd take it out and carefully clear it with the blunt end of a toothpick, or some other non-pointy object.
