oil leaking from starter

Thanks guys found the problem.the steering gear box wsa cracked in 2 places and the steering colum was leaking water down it and filled the clutch housing about half up with water and the oil that had mixed with water leaked over a period of time making water look milky removed water and no more problem thanks again
