oil leak

Hi to all i hope the new year starts better than mine, I was doing a little bit of slashing and noticed oil leaking from where the steering meets the top of the gear housing ,on a close look i noticed a small hole maybe a breather hole? Can someone tell why the oil is coming from it. Not sure what seals are in this area , any help please

you have water in your steering box..the only seal is onder the steering wheel.Kubota have this problem...take out the drain plug,get the water out.then put a grease fitting in the hole.and at least cover your steering wheel.
