Oil & Fuel Oil leak on PTO

I looked at my dad's 3720 last night and noticed that the PTO was leaking a tiny bit. It only has a little puddle over 12 hours but still, it is leaking. Is this natural, over filled, or something else? It doesnt appear to have any damage but I would like to figure out the problem and if other 3x20 owners have had this problem? It is easy to notice since it is the only "clean area" on the tractor.

I don't think it is common at all. Hopefully it is still under warranty and is covered.

Leaks aren't normal unless you are talking about AMF era Harley's and vintage British cars & motorcycles.
