Oil leak from port below seat what is this called and hiw do I fix it?

This is where oil is pouring out. 2001 4100 JD deisel. Thank you all for any help

Sorry, but I can not see the oil leak you are talking about. Perhaps if you would edit the pic and add a circle around the aria where the leak is. That might help.
