I have never had issue's with Baldwin / Donaldson oil filter's , run them for the last 13 years on my semi's . Only issue I have had is going from a Napa spin on fuel filter for the Carrier Comfort Pro APU on my current Semi to a Baldwin - Donaldson . The Baldwin was the same size , but the top of filter were the threads are at was concave , were the Napa was Convex , thus the threaded rod that stuck down to screw the filter on , was to short for the Baldwin to work .
