Oil filter question

This is my first post. I have a RZT 50 with the Kawasaki 22 hp motor. The oil filter is $17.99, that is crazy. Does anyone know of another brand that will fit the 22 hp Kawasaki motor?

Hi and welcome I read some where that if you go to John Deere the filter is much cheaper I dont know this for sure but worth checking good luck Vince

I take the thread size and approximate diameter and run the longest that will fit. Here's your factory sized filter: Part Detail

I'd shoot for a Motorcraft FL400 / Supertech 3600 or equiv if it will fit in the space allotted.
