Oil & Fuel oil filter, allis chalmers

might sound stupid but..........
i cant find my oil filter on my tractor........any idea would be helpful
also how do i find out what year it is and what size, all it says on the sheetmetal is just ac and allis chalmers

It will more than likely be a canister filter. It will look like a can type thing hanging down with a bolt going in the bottom holding the canister on. Most usually on the opposite side from the carburetor. Having said all that, That is one of the brands that I have never worked on.
