Time to change the oil again and I remembered that I had a hard time finding 10W-30 oil last time - had to get it from my local Case dealer. What I didn't think of when I bought the oil was that my 108S is an EGR type engine and that requires type CF or CI-4 oil. I kept the old container of the Case oil and sure enough it was only CF-4/CG-4 compliant. I had this in the motor for about 250 hours (engine has 900 hours on it now), engine runs like new. Anything that should be done to cover this mistake? By the way, I found a good supply of Rotella 10W-30 on the shelf this go round. thanks
