Where is the oil drain plug for a TYM T233 tractor?

Drain plugs are just above that cross member,going left to right ,the cross member may have 2 round holes that try to line up to the drain plugs , but I unbolted the cross member to change the oil ,

Thank you. I've never had a vehicle with two engine oil drain plugs. For darn sure a manual that said one while there was indeed two.
