Oil Change for 7510

Last night has problems with the tractor, I forgot to clean the filter that covers the radiator and it was covered with dust and grass by the time I was done mowing the temp gauge was in the red. I cleaned it and let the tractor cool down and checked the oil, it was low.

I want to change it myself not pay the dealership they did the 50 hour and now I have 96 hours. Could you please tell me how many quarts of oils and how hard do you think it will be? I have no problem doing this on my truck or bike just not sure if there is ant tricks to make it go easier?

With only 46 hours on the last change you really don’t need to change yet… But if you want to anyway you should have no more problem than you do when changing any of your other oil.
When you say it was low… how low, also do you know it was at full when you got it back from the dealer? (another good reason to do your own maintenance)… You may have two drain plugs on the engine oil pan, but this will be very obvious, use a good diesel rated oil and replace the filter when you change oil… but like I said earlier you don’t need to change the oil yet, after the first 50 hour change, the interval is every 100 hours. You could just top off the oil level.

Thanks for the info, did not check when I got it back from the dealership. Will be doing all the maintenance on the tractor myself for now on.
