Off road D: seasonal?

Do refineries have as ummer/winter grade of off road diesel like they do for gasoline? I add my own (anti gel, lubricity, etc) but didn't know if I should consume my summer stock before the cold sets in. Probably another dumb question! bb

Depending on location they do.

To my knowledge and experience - Winter grade diesel is just a diesel/kerosene blend - I have seen a 80% dls and 20% Kerosene blend at a terminal..
