Ok went to plow the 7"off the driveway. I usually run in low range until it's safe to put into high range. Well the last 2 times I've plowed I couldn't get he lever to move. Any ideas as to what's wrong? The tractor has a nice dry shed to sleep in so it's not frozen. Any help?

You have probably already heard this but they keep stressing for owners to see to it the shift linkage gets well lubricated right up to the shaft where the shifting linkage goes into the case. It really does help. Also occasionally I find it necessary to roll forward or back and then clutch and try getting the shifter to go into another gear. It's not unusual to have to double clutch the shifting process sometimes.

Pull the lever off of the stud and grease it.
The levers share can do weird things if not lubricated.
A little moisture here and there--nice warm machine-- then getting parked causes problems.
Can even just be the moisture freezing.
You said the shed is dry...is it warm?

Nope the shed is just as cold as it is outside. Hopefully that is all it is. I am pretty sure that's the problem but wanted to see if anybody else had seen the problem.

Yup....I'd lay money you just need to lube it up.
Take a can of penetrant into the house with you (non flammable of course)
Sit it on a warm heat vent...not near open flame...(of course) then after it gets nice and warm take it out and spray the linkages on the tractor from underneath.
Take all safety precautions......
This will get you by until it warms up and you can lube it correctly.
It make take a few sprays and some lever wigglin' to do it.
