NYS ROPS Rebate Program

As a New York State resident, I recently applied for the ROPS Rebate program. They reimburse you 70% of the cost for an approved tractor ROPS with seat belt. I installed the ROPS on a Ford 2000 and got the reimbursement check in 4 weeks. The program has limited funding, apply soon if interested.

I have been thinking of doing this for the Ford 640 but so far I have not convinced myself to do it. I want to keep the tractor but my helpers don't like using it so I have been planning on trading it in for a new tractor with rops. If I end up keeping it I am going to buy the rops and be done with it.

That is a great program. I don't know of anything like that down here in the Free State.

Attached is the Certified ROPS Sources document provided by NYS. Only these suppliers are certified by New York State for the reimbursement program.
A seatbelt kit must be included with the hardware to qualify.
