Had to remove a lot of paint. Found the Ser.#'s I believe. L. side Trans Housing. By the Starter 1201 ? Then below it 31038? On the Eng. block L.side CONN 60150. Clutch is stuck and with a FEL. front mount Hyd. pump it's going to the shop this Wk.. Major Fbomb. Man had it for months and no mention of it. Shifter problems is what was told to me. My search which I only had it a few days. I come up with 1963 ? 4cyl. gas. 4Spd. Rev.. Best place for manuals would be nice info. for it Both Owner Parts/repair if need be. Loaders working and seems to be running good. 12V. also. There is a Rev. problem. Have to turn it off to get it to lock in ? That's wierd to me of course. I'm thinking Shifter problem ?. Any Info or IMHO would very Appreciated.
Carey.

New Clutch, Pressure plate, Bearings and seals. Hard to shift into Rev. everything seems normal while in gear. All forward gears are fine. Was told I had to push hard to shift into Reverse. The shop guy had trouble. That worked a couple few times. After some use Maybe an Hr. by Time not Tach. Hrs. now "No Rev.." I gave up trying to get it in gear. I heard Rev. was the weak and it's sure looking that way. I'm guessing Shifter? any advice would be appriciated. Shifter repair I can most likely handle. Sent it out to a Tractor repair shop for the clutch replacement. Ended up big $ SMDH. Only one good arm and hand so a split by me wasn't happening. No PS. found out quick that's a must with a FEL.. Fuel problem getting to the Carb. come to find out also. I took a beating no doubt!... Thanks!!!

It's getting better! They're back in it last I heard Yesterday. So My guess, Had it since last Fri. 2 G. clutch and Alternator job from a 700.00$ Est.. True! 1300.00 plus now. How the Alt. Wires and gauges was replaced by them I have no idea!! Wow!! Looking at the Rec. which I paid to get it back. No I didn't tell them to do it! Only done a few hundred in my lifetime. No wonder the bill was so high. Steady fuel drip out of the Tank. Have to cut it off. My guess they want to get a good high Amp. spark!! and fire that baby up!! Impossible to miss that! You have to cut the fuel off or get a big puddle of gas. found that out in less than 2 days that I had it. Which is still true.
200.00$ For the FEL. 4/bolts to the Rear Axle. 50$ a bolt True!. I bet I get charged again.
Cleaning up the Yanmar now for grass season. Degreased and washing it. 15yrs. trouble free!! All Org. it looked like it just rolled off the boat from a rice patty field. 79 model. Biggest repair Alt. rebuilt 72$ 10Yrs. ago and a new battery. 975hrs. on the Tach. I put on it. I did reline the rear tires Yrs. ago. Gempler! Not the first complaint. It's Never let me down yet. Paid 2800.00$ in 08 for it from Yanmar/Fredricks supplied dealer. When the starter finally did quit I could still roll it off If I needed to. I was even in it before not long after I bought it cleaning it up and turned the brushes. The shop Mentioned it. Nothing left of them.:) 50$ a bolt two on each side. LOL.. bad part It's true. Im holding the Reciepts. Back on CL. is my bet. I don't think it will hit my property again. Told them just put back together forget it. How much am I going to owe them. Said He has add it all up. Serious 2 Grand total watch this..................... Here's the 4 50$ Bolts in the Pic. LOL!! I mean nuts and bolts. I'll let you know who not to use in Ga. that's for sure.................. Your see the Rec.!! All the replies. I wouldn't know what to say either!!!.............
