NT254 Tractor won't start

I have a NT254(Yang Dong Jimma 284 diesel 3 cylinder) I bought the tractor in 2005 and used it build my house. I was driving it 4 years ago to park it and it hasn稚 started since then. The engine has only 104 hours on it.

Troubleshooting steps, I have done:
Check the fuel tank for debris and dirty checked good
Check Fuel pump filter - checked good
Checked fuel lines Checked good
Bleed the air from the fuel injector all 3 three. Checked good
The engine will turn over very strong, but does start.

Any suggest are welcomed and if you know a mechanic in my area Fredericksburg, VA that would look at it let me know.

I just guessing here, but I assume you put in fresh fuel, tank valve is open, after that its hard to say , stuck valves?, plugged or seized injectors?
ranch hand supply is a jinma dealer in Chesapeake, not sure how close that is to you?

Does it have a compression release? any chance it is in the exhaust valves open mode?

any smoke coming from the exhaust during cranking?
