Maybe they didn't want a garage for cars. ... Maybe they plan to use the garage as living space, .. Lift the door and drop a garage opening screen ? .. Idk ?

spec house, model home, keeps people from parking on drive way and cars leaking. stains on drive way in front messes up curb appeal

I think it's a model home, lot's of "dirt" in the backround to sell.

Besides the obvious, the middle of the three columns looks offset towards the right. The windows look wierd like the shutters have been placed over the sides. The dormers that in my mind do not go with the other rooflines look fake. One can only imagine how messed up it is on the inside? Definately one for "Mike" to "Make it Right".
