Here's a toptilt I recently installed. I used a real small valve that sits between the seat and fender . This is on a B7610 and it has an extra space in the fender next to the 4WD and 3pt. Really works great

tcary, that's a good looking installation, and good pictures. Let me suggest something for the future though. You posted the 3 pictures as 3 separate threads. It would have been better if you posted the first one, then clicked on the "reply" button; i.e., reply to yourself to post the second and third ones. That way they would all stay together as one thread.

For what applications would you need to use this setup?
From what source did you connect into to get power to operate the vale?

Very nice install.
I have been looking at how practical it would be to mount
one similar to how you have yours mounted.
How have you got the valve mounted? It looks like you have it
bolted to the fender.
What brand of valve are you using?

At present I only use it for my toptilt. The poewer comes from my FEL

The valve is from Surplus Center # 9-4500 it s monted between the fender and the back cross member for the seat

Where did you find a hydraulic cylinder with a check valve? I've looked around the 'net quick and haven't found much, short of CCM's great setup, but they're out of stock for the length top link cylinder I need....

That is a CCM cylinder.I think they are made in Italy. I bought this one a few months ago.

I have never seen one available for sale here in the USA except from CCM and the now defunct IE. Your best bet is to wait till they get more in. The wait will be worth it.

Not here is the USA.

Take a look at this post. About half way thru the discussion turns to the correct specs for the double pilot operated check valves used on ag equipment. I wanted to used a readily available valve but it doesn't spec out correctly.

Thanks Mad! I have been around long enough I should have known to do a search. The correct valves have to be available someplace. I think I will call the local hydraulics shop here in town and see if they can get me one.

A good friend of mine owns a hydraulic repair shop and he couldn't find anything that would work correctly.

I'd wait for CCM since even if you found something the cost for parts and assembly would be close to twice what CCM is selling theirs for.
