I learned here on tbn that one of the armed services had dump carts like that many years ago that were used for making deliveries on base. If I remember correctly, they were retired from service because of to many accidents and injuries.

To me, that is a GREAT DEAL, I like unusual / rare stuff and this totally works.
At the very least it is great Yard Art, flower bed etc
would be very cool to get it running and have it in a parade

i bought a similar old '69 Jacobsen for $350 because it was sentimental and very close to what my late Dad operated while doing landscaping / grounds maintenance
