Quick Hitches not so quick hitches

Well thanks to all - indeed there is a keeper pin which is only accessable from a slit on forward side of the draw bar housing.
After tracking down a manual for this tractor I saw a keeper on exploded plan, but it was impossible to tell where it was attached.
Knowing that it was there SOMEWHERE I crawled around underneath with a flashlight until I found it.
Then a special long handled plier allowed me to get it off.
