While it may not be spiffy, it sure looks functional. The long wheelbase must make for a very smooth finished product.

Are you able to get enough weight on it to move much dirt?

it creates a very smooth surface and as im only skimming the weight is not a problem

im not finnished yet , im adding a sideways tilt to the blade

That is simply a homemade land plane.....have been used by farmers "leveling" out their fields for years. Ahhhh the creativity of the American mind. I love it.

when i get the chance ill add end plates but they have to be removeable and able to pivot when i angle the blade.
