today I got a big surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!! trungh, the store mgr. in tyler, tx brought me this.....for the original paperwork screwup.............




the northern tractor quick hitch................FREE FREEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no charge..............

came on his day off.........1.5 hrs away......what a guy.............

all the folks at nortrac have been great.... what a surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!

will mount next week.........

Last week I developed a small fuel leak on the return line which ended up being a small rubber plug. When I called NorTrac before I hung up the phone not only did I get the plug but the whole return line assembly on it's way. Now that is what I call service and ty BOB.:thumbsup:

This tractor is a monster did not go to big or to small but just right.My wife now knows how to play me and toss the dogs Frisbee into the brush and says the only way you can find it is move all that brush. That ok with me because I am happy to put on my Ratchet Rake or Piranha and go to town. My goal was to only have this tractor for just five years then get rid of it but my pallet forks says no keep it your back will love you for it.

yep....lots of power for 25Hp.....easy on fuel ...I noticed the pto power drop with the shuttle is about 2 hp or so.......went back and looked the stats up.

hydro's lose a whole lot more..........the shuttle is ok for what I do.........

i'm looking at the 25hp nortrac with a 140 koyker loader at northern tools myself.

any insite to pass along after having one?

have you lifted in the 800-900# range with it on a loader?

BTW....northern tool mgr's have a meeting at headquarters on aug 4........3 days ....I was told.........

Nice tractor. I agree about the Tyler Northern Tool store. I go there quite often. Staff is always helpful and plentiful.

Hi to you NorTrac owners. I just joined TBN yesterday. In July of 2014 I purchased the 25 XT from Northern Tool in Minnesota (I live in California). I wrote about my experiences in the new member forum. I guess I should have written in this thread where everyone has, or is thinking about buying one of the XT's.
I noticed while I was doing research on what tractor to buy there was not much information from owners on the newer 25 XT's. It looks like I have finally found the right place to be. I forgot to add in my informational post that I have installed a voltmeter and electrical oil pressure gauge.
There are probably a lot of us out there who have this tractor and hopefully everyone will find this forum thread. I look forward to communicating with other owners of this tractor.
