Noisy BX 24

My BX24 is making a whining noise and it gets worse as it warms up. I told my dealer about that and he replied that they all do that!. Now the noise is loud to a point where I have to shut off the engine to talk to someone standing beside me. I checked the fluid level because it sounds like a low power stearing pump and all is good, checked all the lines and all ok. I noticed that when I push down on the stearing wheel the pitch of the noise changes. I got the stetoscope out and found the stearing valve to be the problem. Am I the only one with that problem?

I've not read of a bad steering control here yet but theres a 1st time for everything.

It sounds like your 3ph lift control lever is not in the neutral position. It can be either staying in the full up or full down position. It doesn't matter which position it's in as it will cause a very loud squeal in your hydraulics.
If this is the case, theres an adjustment on the rod that connects to the lever on the right side.
If it's not this than it sounds like a problem your dealer shpuld look at.

Thanks for the advice, I checked and the 3pt leaver adjustement is ok. My dealer said that they will order a new valve. I shure hope that its the only problem.

Is it causing your hydraulics to act slow like the pump is dead-headed or just a squeel?

I figure its just a squeel, it is hard to know if there`s a change in hydraulic performance, it would be nice to have a second one to compaire. I have to raise rpm to about 1200 to1400 to get some pressure.
