noise in kubota b2630

I have a 2006 B2630 and it squeals every winter. I have noticed that it only happens when the tractor is in motion. Therefor indicating transmission and like yours will stop once the tractor warms up. I am using UDT but my dealer recommended it for this climate. I have also noticed that the noise gets louder as the RPM's increase.

Thanks a lot everybody for the information. It puts my mind at ease. The dealer told me that he has never had a hydrolic pump go bad on a Kubota and will stand behind it and he is so confident will cover it even after warranty.

Welcome to TBN. I live in WV as well and you probably bought from state equipment and that is what they tell everybody but I have found that the SUDT is quieter and seems to not rob as much power from the trans its probably not noticeable in a higher HP unit but my BX1500 is not overpowered. The UDT is a recommended fluid so I wouldn't worry about hurting anything.

Yep I bought it from state equipment. I have found them to be a good and responsive dealership, but their service department is high at $100 /hr for labor.
