I can't find it but I had a picture of a "trespasrs will be prostituted" sprayed on a rotten chunk of OSB.

In all seriousness, nothing has worked on large areas like "Hunting Lease" signs. " Posted" translates to "no one here" or only people REALLY scared of having their stuff ripped off, but the hunting lease let's people know that someone has put up $ for use of the property, are probably armed and have incentive to prosecute. Many trespassers don't worry because no one actually gets charged.

I always joke about having a gun, a freezer, a wood chipper and 20 acres of swamp! Maybe I should make myself a sign to that effect.

I've got an issue with people thinking part of my driveway is a forestry access road. it's actually just an alternate entry to our house, but I'm not real fond of people trespassing.

So I bought a bunch of trashed Barbie dolls from the thrift store, removed their heads and clothes (don't judge) and hung them by the strings in the trees along the drive.

It may not be the most effective, but it must make people stop and think.

Some one is sure to get PTSD and come looking for money! Or worse. Where do you think they will come if a youngster ever goes missing? No one will be in any mood to hear about a joke.

Our property is traversed by a mountain river...in warmer weather we get occasional paddlers, canoes, kayaks and inner tubers etc...I like to have a little fun with them with a couple of hand gouged out signs on old live edge locust boards that I semi bury in high water debris along either bank...I usually stick an old arrow shaft through the signs with some colored fletchings to attract attention...The signs read:
"Paddle Faster I Hear Banjos" and "This RiveЯ Dont go to Aintry"

Did I mention part of the movie 'Deliverance' was filmed on this river?
