No Start John Deere 5045D

my 5045d will not start I parked it and tried to start it the next day it turned over a couple different times and now will not do anything. I had lights on the dash until I put a new battery in it. I have 12.7v to the starter which was replaced a couple months ago, all fuses are good but when I turn the key I don’t hear a click from the starter relay. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a safety switch is not working or the starter relay is bad.

Can you bypass the ignition and jump it at the starter?

My thought, have the battery load tested and clean both ends of the battery cables. Hope that one or the other solves the problem.
