First welcome to TBN

Now power to what? The more specific you are the more likely you are to get responses. For example does your hydraulics work? are they moving slow? At what RPM. Is it a motor or transmission problem? You get my drift. I saw that you had no replies so thought I might give my two cents.

My tractor has a CVT transmission and needs warming before it will do anything with power but when warmed up, works great. The transmission hydraulics for my tractor flow all other hydraulic systems hydraulics and winter conditions affect performance. More details as to the how and what will help with responses. My tractor has a recommended viscosity changes for the hydraulics for different winter outside temperature conditions, see what I am saying here.

Again welcome.

Did you change the hydro filter or just the engine oil filter?
