No p/s or 3 pt

Just bought a B2710 last weekend . Changed trans/hydro fluid, when I started back up didnt have any powersteering or 3pt lift. Turned wheels to bleed system , still nothing. Finally pulled suction line at pump , no fluid in it!! Did the pump just decide to go bad or am I missing something?

Did you clean the suction screen when you changed fluid and filter?
