We have a dongfeng/field pro 354 and the 3 pt hydraulics quit working. The loader and bucket still work though. Is there some kind of safety cutoff for the 3 pt - any other ideas?

More info please. Do the lift arms go up but not down? Down but not up? Both? Neither?

Does it have a lowering speed regulating valve down in front of the seat? If so could this be screwed all the way closed? On my Jinma, this will shutoff fluid to the 3PH lift cylinder(and send pressure to the half remote).

Are you trying to lift any load? Most control valves have some sort of safety relief to protect the structure if you bounce the tractor over rough terrain with a heavy impliment in the air. Could be this got activated by trying to lift too much, or a hard bounce, and never fully closed?

Not familliar with your machine. What kind of pump/s does it have? Any driven off the PTO that could have been disengaged? Just guessing without more info...

You can contact Chip at Artrac Tractors in Ark. he is a DF dealer,I'm not sure if DF uses the same hydraulic lift box as Jinma,or if you can post some pic's of your lift box maybe we can help

does it have draft control, if so, have you ever hooked a chain up to it to pull/jerk any load?

As Greg said, need a little more info. Is yours a newer model with rear remotes? I have a newer DF354 and sometimes I have either forgot or by accident flipped a control for one of the remotes making the 3pt inoperable as it is diverting flow to the remote from the 3pt. Even flip the remote levers around , maybe one valve is a little stuck and may need a little pressure bump to get it activated. Sounds like a flow problem somewhere. Or check the adjustment screw under the seat and adjust as needed. Fluid level? may be another. The DF has a common hydraulic tranny reservoir. Check the simple things first.

Lets us know. Good Luck
