That's what I would call a "controlled jackknife"!! Pretty slick though.

Actually, it reminds of a time I watched train get turned around at an intersection. It just amazed me, never would have occurred to me that you could do it like that. All you need is a track intersection shaped like a delta symbol and track leading off in all three directions. With that, you can turn around a train (no matter the length) within a matter of a few minutes and have it going back the way it came.

My son drives a really large 18 wheeler cross-country and I have been amazed the few times I have gone with him to see the places he will get that rig into and through. This however is a "must show" I am going to share with him. Wow...

That's also a great way to check that your trailer lights are working right, without having to get out of the cab.
