NH TN70 FWD + FEL for $21,250

I'm making my first tractor purchase and found a local 2003 TN70A for $21,250. Wanted to know if this is a good deal, or if I should keep looking?

The tractor has 124 hours and looks really clean. Its a one-owner w/ elect. shuttle shift and a Bush Hog M346 FEL. Its got three remotes in the back and that's about it as far as options go.

I figured this is a pretty decent deal. I've been looking for over a year and lurking on the boards and just stumbled across this one. I'm writing the check today! I can't wait to get to work, my to-do list is 100 feet long.
