NH TD 5050 3 pt

I purchased a New Holland TD5050 last week and just yesterday was able to actually use the tractor. I hooked up my blade but my down draft on the 3 point is extremely slow. Going up is fine, but down is like watching paint dry. I did not notice this when I tested the tractor out at the dealer. I don't have an owners manual, I ordered it today. Any help is very much appreciated.

Not a NH, but my LS has a control knob on the front of the seat near the floor that adjusts the speed of the 3pt.
