NH TC45DA bouncing 3pt

hello

I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with the 3pt on a NH TC45DA bouncing when under load such as with a bush hog raised? This is most noticeable when it is parked regardless of the idle speed. I don't notice it when I am moving forward or reverse. The tractor has a HST which seems to be working fine. I appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks the link worked and it sounds like the same issue, I will check to see if the flow control valve prevents the arms from dropping and if not I will look into the repair described in the other post.
