Anyone having problems with tractor brackets on NH T4.90 - 665TL loader? Both tractor brackets on our T4.90 have been replaced after the total failure of one of the tractor brackets only 370 hours on the tractor.

Same thing happened to me. T4.100 with Cab. Has just turned 800 hours and the FEL is detached sitting in the pasture by the 60 tons of lime I was loading.

I love the fact they use cheap materials on such a vital piece of equipment.

Sorry to hear that. Is yours still under warranty? I believe it's 2 years on the FEL. The new brackets they put on our T4.90 under warranty started failing again at the top saddles after 3 hours of bucketing loam into our rear field last Spring. It's has just over 600 hours now and the saddles keep getting worse. NH says they are working on a fix. But it's been over 6 months since the new brackets started to fail. I don't know about you but the worst part was it just gave out without any warning when it broke the first time. I was luckily backing up from a a sand pile when it let go. I don't know how bad things would of been if I was traveling forward with the bucket full when it let go.

Take pictures of the damage and let your dealer know. The round locking pins that lock it to the tractor brackets by sliding into those square slots are probably bent like ours were and the round holes that they slide through on the loader side are probably egged out which causes the loader to jump up and down and side to side more and more as the bend and wear. NH had to replace both tractor brackets and both of the towers with the pins on the loader side as they were all twisted and out of shape.
