NH T1530 tractor information on routine maintenence and pto issue...

I have a NH T1530 with a pto issue. Lever is stuck. No manual.
Anyone with experience on this pto issue?...
About 500hrs on it.
Also, if there is a link to online information on hours of service and maintenance, or any information on that would be appreciated.
How often should you change hydraulic fluids and filters. Front axle oil?

Yes. The lever that was frozen up tight.
by applying PB blaster and gently tapping on it, it eventually started to loosen, and was completely fine.

It is good practice to use everything move every lever at least spring and fall to ensure everything is moving and working as needed.
