NH T1520 blue drain line dripping antifreeze

My NH t1520 has a blue drain hose on the right hand side of the engine? I noticed a couple drops of antifreeze coming from it today. I am assuming this line is for draining antifreeze from the engine. Am I correct? Why would it be dripping?
