NH/Rhino loader for 07 TN's

My dealer told me the same thing about the 'new' NH loaders from Alo/Quicke. YUCK!! I went out and found a leftover new 2004 32LA MSL for my TN60A instead of buying an 810TL. Didn't buy the Rhino brand, as I didn't want to screw up my warranty... Yes, the Rhino is made by the good folks out at Alamo-SMC in South Dakota (or is it North Dakota?) These are the same people who still make the NH backhoes, including my nice 759C. I've never had big problems with any of the SMC products and have found them to be strong and functional. Don't even get me started on ISO standards and the QA...

rear work lights

My TN came with one rear work light standard (I think it is standard).

Brian,
Go with the factory cab on the tractor. I know it's a big expense up front, but you will not regret it later on. The extra lighting and heating/cooling with the factory cab is outstanding. Also, don't go with less than 3 hydraulic remotes. I don't know much about the newer loaders, but I have an LA32 loader on my 2001 NH TN65D and I have no complaints or issues with the QA or loader performance. Don't forget about a tilt meter for your tractor if you will run it on hilly or uneven terrain.

How much does a cab interfere with a FEL (just being able to see the bucket when loading a truck)?

Bob, the cab does not interfere at all in my mind. The roof of the cab is no worse then the canopy on most tractors. The only time I have to lean down to look up that high is when I am trying to dump gravel over one of our fences (9' high) Most dump trailers or 1 ton dump trucks load easily without having to look up that high.

A cab on the TN is definitely the way to go. The only downside to a cab is if you're doing a lot of on-the-seat-off-the-seat work, and if you're working in really tight quarters. When I have to constantly get on and off the seat when working, I tend to leave the door open - which is a really bad habit. There have been a few times where I almost took the door off when working between big trees. Hit the forward shuttle and then slam on the brakes when I realized that the door was headed for that tree...

Also, you can't fold the cab down (obviously). In one instance recently, I dug a rear tire deep into the muck in a *really* remote area, and when I was reversing to get out of it, I smashed the top corner of the cab into a tree - which really didn't do any damage except bust the work lamp and crush the cab air filter on that side. It wasn't pleasant at the time, though. Even with those, I wouldn't give up the cab for anything.

Ya beat me to it:D That answer is 100% correct.

It appears the new loader is avalible with ISO or the old quik tac system. :)
