My trusty '99 LS 885 has quit running in the normal more. It cut off while running and the panel is totally dead.
I have done the following...
1. Checked all fuses. None blown
2. Used a jumper to determine if the seat switches are bad. Nothing happened.
3. Tested battery. Checks fine.
My instrument panel has a silver boarder. I am reading that the newer ones have a gold boarder.
Outside of borrowing a known good panel I am at a stand-still.
New boards are $700-$800. There's a used one on Ebay for $500.00
Ideas are most appreciated.
