Its a california thing... carl moyer program less than rier 4 final replacement grant. You have to have and use the trade in tractor for at least 2 years. The sad part is i have to scrap and destroy the allis that i got the grant to replace. Every county runs it different. Its a like for like deal and it has to do the same job the old tractor did..it also covers repowers of boats and stationary diesel equipment

Interesting.

I actually spent some time near you back in October, visiting my brother in Temecula. We drove up to Big Bear Lake, and I was surprised at all the dairy/cattle operations that we passed along the way.
