No hat, no key chain, no mug...and I had to pay for the kids' pedal NH (TC33) in order to get them to leave the showroom with me.
What I did get was a sales guy who drove an hour each way with a trailer to pick up my tractor when I smashed up the throttle connection (the underneath one) on a log. Worth about 75 hats to me. Also a neighbor NH employee who drops off any small NH parts I need on her way home.

I don't want to make you guys feel TOO bad, but I recently got two - count 'em - 2 -hats from a Massey Ferguson dealer in Northwoods, N.H, and I didn't buy ANYTHING! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
We were just driving by and spotted the dealership. Decided to stop in and get some of the latest brochures. The salesman, Wally, was great! He let us climb around on some of the tractors sitting on the lot and take a few pictures. He even took one of the wife and I standing by an AGCO ST45 with a cab. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
As we were getting to drive out, he came running out and gave us 2 dealer hats. And he knew we were from out of state and would never be back there!
Actually, one reason he gave us the hats was because we discovered that he looked at TBN, and one of his customers was Tonester, who had just bought a MF 1433. I'd even chatted with Tony on TBN about his new tractor! But Wally was so nice anyway, I think he would've given us the hats even without the TBN connection. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, if you EVER get the chance, I would highly recommend that you get over there and talk with those folks. They seem to be great guys, and there is no question that their sole purpose in life is to help the customer.
