NH bale wagon belt replacement

I have a NH 1003 bale wagon and it needs a new pickup belt. I put the last one on about 25 yrs ago and do not remember how I did it. Has anyone done this job in the recent past? It looks like the end of the shaft that drives it must have a movable bearing at the 90 degree gear box which would allow the belt to get over the end of the shaft. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I did replace the belt. I had to remove the bearing bolts on each end and also remove other supportsthat allowed the belt to go on the front end of the shaft. I then had to remove the rear support bolt from the arm holding the pickup head to pass the belt over the arm. Then erverse the process and run the belt over the pulleys and ajust them. And it all worked fine.
