Are you familiar with the adjustments needed and they just don't work, or just not familiar with how it works?

Thinking first that the springs are not tight (enough).

Crank those 2 springs down at the back of the bale chamber. If that don't work, may need to do some inside chamber work. Ken Sweet

I tighten the springs on the back, helped a little. put still loose.
chains are alittle loose put not very much. What would I have to do inside the chamber?

What stopped you from tightening the springs more?

The bale wedges are internal V pieces that hold the bales back somewhat for resistance. Ken Sweet

Most farmers get the last one that is out of the chamber and leave the rest until next time. Keep baler in a shed out of the rain between uses. Ken Sweet
