NH 311 Square Baler ???

There is one up for auction this weekend and I wanted to get an idea about 1)Should I try to get it and about how much should it go for? 2)Things I should look for before buying? 3)What's the HP requirements?

In general, 311's are good lower capacity balers. 35 HP will run one, 70 will run it better. Price varies by condition and location; I can't see it and don't live in TN. If you don't know balers, the best thing to look for is someone you trust that does. Many things to check that can be frustrating if problematic. Some fixes are cheap, some are not.
