NH 1630

I have an opportunity to purchase a 1998 New Holland 1630,
270 hrs. with FEL, bush hog, HK60 Gannon box, and hydraulic
3ph for $19,500 I am looking for advice as I am new to tractors and know the least about New Holland. My other choice is a new JD 4200 for $22,000. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

I bought my 1630 over two years ago with 207 hours on it, had FEL, MMM and two rear ports. Paid 15,000 for it. Also has supersteer. Love the tractor.
Since I bought a KK box blade, and hydraulic top link, (although I have yet to hook up the top link).
I would tend to agree your price is TOO HIGH.

It does have Hydro and is FWD.

nachi1, I paid $17,000 in Feb for a 2000 NH 1920 w/7308 FEL & 758C BH and turf tires. It had 72 hours on it and was in like new condition. Hope this helps.
