nh 1220 hydrostatic barely moves

friend has a 1220 new holland compact, the tractor will barely move no matter how far you push the hydro pedal down . ive pulled the filters and they are clean and are not coming apart or anything. i checked the brakes and they are not sticking . have not been able to find a suction screen on this tractor , i think it just has a suction filter. we are hoping that we dont have to go into the hydro pump, not looking promising at this time unless someone has an idea that weve not thought of. any input greatly appreciated.

I am more familiar with gear drive but you may double check your linkages to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing.

linkages are moving good, seems like a restriction or a binding of gears or something, hoping to get this figured out soon .
