Great News- I talked with the president of KMW this am and he told me that the first "kit" with my name on it had been sent to Kioti to be forwarded to my dealer for an install next week. He said that (with Kioti's approval) they were changing a number of loaders this summer. The Kit will change the bucket cylinders to new larger ones, it will have all new linkage for the bucket and new 2 inch boxed tubing for the smaller boxed tubing currently on the loaders. The tilt back on the 1595 will be increased by 5 degrees to around 33 from the 28 now. The kit will also have a new valve to relieve pressure if the bucket hits the back stops. I was told it was needed because the bucket could cause a high-pressure built up if while lifting and while self-leveling it could roll-back into the stops. This valve is to relieve the pressure if this happens. This is great news and proves that both Kioti and KMW want their customers happy!

The new loaders (1590, 1595 and others) will have this new design this summer if Kioti approves the fix kit! The goal (according to the Kansas Machine Works president) was to have a retro-fit for all to bring them up to the same standard and design as the yet to be released new loaders. I believe with the new changes these loaders will perform much better, and stronger in all aspects. Anyone may PM me, for a direct phone disscussion if more informaton is desired or needed!

Buddy,
When you get the kit in, take some pictures for all of us to see. I know for one, that I would like to see how they are made.

Great news! I called my dealer just as soon as I saw your post. He said he knew nothing about the new fix; but was going to call Kioti this A.M.
He also indicated that he was having problems with KMW regarding parts for the 1590 and 1595 loaders; such as cylinder repair kits, bolts, bushings, ect.
My dealer has promised to fix my 1590 rollback just as soon as Kioti makes the parts available.
It would appear that Kioti should notify all their dealers about the approval of the "fix kit" very quickly.
I want to say that my dealer in Missouri is one of the finest people around and goes out of his way to be of help.

It wouldn't appear that way to me at all. Just as the auto makers don't notify everyone about all the problems they find either until someone makes enough stink about it.
I suspect the dealers will be notified, but don't expect that they will notify any customer who isn't complaining. That's just the way it's done. Otherwise, it would be too time consuming, and costly. After all, there are a lot of users of that loader that have not complaint about it. Probably because what they do with it isn't compromised by the rollback issue.

I just spoke with my dealer, and he doesn't yet have that information. Who said it IS a secret anyway? Are you going to call everyone who bought one of those loaders and tell them there's a fix for it, or just the ones who have complained to you about it? No, I didn't think so.
