Have pass experience w/an l2500(1999). Want to upgrade to a newer model w/auto and a fel. Looking at b2920. ??? about the lift capicity/pulling power.
Have 5 acres in east Texas,lots of trees. Have a 5ft box blade for maintaing my drive. Need to move road rock aroung to fill holes in drive and pick up logs/stumps/maybe a v8 now and then. Dont want to go too small but dont want to spend a whole lot either. Have a quote for a b2920 with la364 fel
for $14,996 and a b2320 with la304 for $13,069. Any opinions and advice will be appreciated. These 2 are about the physical size I need. Looks like lots of experience on this forum and would like to hear some of it. Thanks Ben

Sounds good on the 2920. I was quoted 14,800 for the 2620 with loader this week. I may need to do some more negotiating.

SWB, That sounds good on the 2320, I was quoted $13400 on that model. I didn't ask about the 2920. My dealer recommended a 4ft box blade for the 2620 so if you have a 5ft already I would go with the 2920.

Yes Tiger, check around. I just had my 2620 delivered last week. $13900 with the loader. If you are in NW AR it might be worth your while to look in SW MO. It might save you the sales tax in the bargain if you can't get the farm exemption (not sure on this though).

Wish I was closer. I'm in Cabot so I looked at Fiser in Sherwood. They have a lot full of tractors, hopefully I'm able to get the price down to your level.

Curious, why go with the 2920 instead of the 2620. The 2620 usually is about $900 less and is the same tractor except the 3HP, which is really only more usable on the pto. The 2920 will not really handle the 5' GB any better than the 2620. If you are thinking the 2920 is the way to go I would try to bump up to the B7800 for only a little more ($400-$500 guessing) and it would handle the 5' GB better, with stronger loader.

For the price quote he got on the B2920, I'd say why not. They'd probably make a similar deal on the 2620 though.

I thought the price of the 2920 was a little high. In Aug. I got my 2620 with FEL and 60" MMM for $15,500. Take off the MMM and it would be roughly $13,300 no tax incl. Not sure if SWB70's prices are with tax or not?

attractive pricing, and deliver free within 600 miles. I also believe

you may want to check the free delivery statement. Brady priced the delivery to me on b2320 purchase a month ago. I ended up picking it up myelf. Barlow's pricing is very hard to beat.

I checked their website it ways a fee of 1.60 (or so)/ mile for delivery. It's over 500 miles away so it would have to be one heck of a deal. There's plenty of dealers within 2 hrs of here. Still looking at the 2516 Mahindra as well, but prefer the Kubota.
