Hello everyone. Newby here reporting in from northeastern New York. Old retired schoolteacher ready to learn. I have a small Farm here and do a little gardening and lawn mowing. I have a Kubota that is my first tractor and bought it new. It has about 350 hrs on it now. Have a 6' Woods box blade, 2 ton forks, 3 bottom plow, and a 6' 290 Bush Hog brush hog to fit on it when needed. Am about to pull the trigger on a Kubota BX, or a Boomer, Case, JD, Kioti, or Mahindra to mow my lawn of 3 1/2 acres. I wore out the 48" deck on my Troy-Bilt GTX 20 and cannot find another deck or enough parts to repair it. The tractor is fine, but needs a mower. I've decided to stop messin' with an obsolete machine and buy a replacement. So this looks like the best place to get help deciding.
