Newbie with questions on 2166

Hi new to the forum. Just got a great deal cub cadet 2166 and looking to put a 303 snow blower on it and thinking about ag lug tires for the rear? What tire size do you recommend for rea,r stay with the 20x9x8's or go with 23x9.5x12 of a gt2550 or hsd 2185 for little more height. I know the 341 model snow blower is better but can not find one in my price range here in minnesota. Thank you for all your advise inadvance.

Many people try to change tires style but not the size! To me I'd be wondering what your driveway is made of? If the blower is working you don't need pushing power and if it is black top you should be bare by the time your drive tires get to it!

i think it is more important to run wheel weights and chains. besides, the bigger tires may be wider than the path that the blower is cutting. then you are in trouble.

need to chk fender/deck clearances for larger tires - also addt'l chain clearance if you plan to use such.
rear of tractor will also be elevated - may cause attachment probs....
